So the USA’s entire system of government, and the “rules” that bind our elected officials, have all been based on the assumption that someone like Trump and his regime of absolutely horrible people wouldn’t ascend to this level of power. I certainly hope the country will learn from this lesson.

The NEH is cancelling grants. We got a termination notice around midnight ET. According to the letter, the termination of our project working with tribal archives, libraries and museums “is necessary to safeguard the interests of the federal government.”
