Ya. This has been going on forever and it isn’t because people are distracted. It is because some people need things explained multiple times and in different ways before they understand what is going on. Saying it is because they are on their phones is just a nice way of framing the reason.

The problem is the GOP will gladly watch Americans starve and die in the streets during a shutdown. They will gladly sic ICE on anyone who stands against them or who isn’t white. It is really hard to negotiate with a party that will hold people hostage and say, “Our way or they die.”

I have seen a massive uptick in posts claiming no difference between Dem and GOP and leftist/liberals want the same thing as the far right. It is insane nonsense. The Bluesky algorithm seems to have changed to be more like twitter or facebook: to push engagement through forced confrontation.

My process is to first select “show less like this,” then report for trolling, then block. Hopefully I can train the new algorithm to keep garbage like this off my feed.

I find it curious that people assume those two “have something” on Trump rather than the more likely reality that Trump is just a horrible, terrible, treasonous person who wants the same things as Putin (destruction of the west) and Bibi (genocide).

For all we know she is upset that Trump hasn’t done enough to brutalize liberals and democrats. She isn’t specific about what exactly she isn’t getting from him that she expected. So it could be because he isn’t full blown Nazi-putting-political-enemies-in-ovens enough.

Yup, this is it. The generals and other top brass whose loyalty is to the constitution and the United States have left or were forced out. The ones still there are loyal to a tyrant and traitors to the nation.

I wish I could live like that. I have friends in the same field as me who do the same work as independent contractors and I’m impressed and wish I could do it. I don’t know if that means I’m “chicken” or not, all I know is that I am risk averse to a fault. And sometimes it is frustrating.

No doubt pardons are being promised all around. Not just to the upper levels of this regime, but all the way down to the scumbags brutalizing people in those concentration camps they built. The 1,500 pardons he’s handed out so far to insurrectionists, human traffickers and drug lords is nothing.

Yes. The mission is to destroy the United States government and sell the country off piece by piece. And they are right on schedule to have the entire place dismantled and sold by 2028. None of this is a secret. It is out in the open. Just look at Project 2025 and the Heritage Foundation.

I was just thinking this. The laws and rules governing our elected officials assumed someone as brutal and criminal as Trump and the members of his regime would not attain this level of power. I hope the USA learns from this example.
