Gen V has done a great job adapting & updating the storyline from the original comic books.
In the comics, Goldolkin is a child grooming pedo who runs a school for kids with powers (Professor X).
The show goes in a different direction, & has a lot to offer.
The finale was great. It's a good watch

It's been more than 6 months since I got to play as my Eloquence Bard.
He can talk to any creature that can speak, and be understood.
He also has a bad back and knees, so doesn't want to run fast, but he has kind words for all his companions to inspire them.

Last night the second inquisition caught up to my players in Vampire the Masquerade.
They had to evade a daylight raid featuring drone strikes, a Boston Dynamics robo dog & a SWAT team blowing through walls & windows.
They escaped daylight, barely.

One of my players in VtM was riddled with bullets & rolled hot to heal their wounds:
"You rise up from the ground, pounding your chest, bullets fall out of each hole. You spit the final bullet out from between your teeth. It's still your turn, what would you like to do?"

A tiefling tattoo would look rad as hell. They have horns, black sclera with glowing irises - you could have them be a sorcerer with magic or a badass barbarian like Karlach.

I saw a movie on the shelf that looked cool as hell, & saved my allowance but the owner said I needed a permission note from my parents.
I begged my mom to write the note & she relented.

So, I booked off a solid week of vacation, for the first time since I got my new job.
I have covid, so I will be staying home sick and doing less than the nothing I had planned (already cancelled D&D and VtM sessions cuz I didn't want to risk my players).
