If you're exposed to visually traumatizing material, play half an hour of Tetris as soon as possible after the exposure (ideally within 24 hours). It reduces the risk of future intrusive thoughts and flashbacks. Best guess is it's a type of EMDR interfering with long term visual memory formation.

If Bluesky seems dead or low activity on your end it might be that you haven't yet made the most of its design. It's different from Twitter in some key ways so you have to interact differently.
