I watched a shit load of movies.

Trying to prescribe how an entire multi-cultural country should celebrate a historic event with outdated music and traditionally common food feels both wildly out of touch with the makeup of the country and a tad ethno-homogenous.

Genuine question, #bluesky community:

Why are people getting so prickly about every image having alttext? Does it really matter? Why does it matter?

I don’t want to sound like an uneducated heathen but I’ve generally never noticed or cared about alttext? Why am I wrong?

I’m sure that someone more knowledgeable than me can provide better commentary but at least once per round, Paul looks like his soul has left his body.

My issue with #Letterboxd and BlueSky both being down at the same time last night is that we don’t get a new tradition of everyone lamenting Letterboxd’s downtime every time it’s offline for a few hours.
