i think if virara was wol, she'd be a very different person, but probably the only level on which they could connect is fighting.
unlike zenos, i don't think of virara as 'enjoying' violence; rather it is just something she 'does,' an integral part of her existence as a sentient being.

Ideally the bath will be as hot as possible, a luxury she rarely had as a child. She would always be made to draw water and stoke the fire so that Master could bathe first. After that, Virara would get her turn, but it would be lukewarm and sometimes her hands would have splinters from the logs.

Showers are fine, they will get her clean, but to her it's basically on the level of roughing it she experiences wandering, i.e. getting clean when she can using natural bodies of water (or fountains if she's out on the streets of the city or in the housing district.) or using a damp rag.
