Look we all know Brennan Lee Mulligan was right and ‘social media is voluntary panopticon’ but occasionally social media is cool cause you tag a content creator/famous person and they respond to you and then a different one responds to that and you get to be like 🥹🤯🤩🥹 telling a different platform 😅

I have successfully navigated away from body dysmorphia triggers for over a year.
My mom just hit one *so* bad - and we’re going to a *pub*, and there is no way for me to put something in my body that both tastes and feels good enough to overcome the paranoia.
It’s her birthday.
I can do nothing.

My dad was getting a routine procedure at a surgery center; he had an unexpected allergic reaction, and they had to send him to the ER. My mom calls to tell me.
I cannot handle how *every time* one of them has any medical anything at all, she thinks they’ll die. For *twenty* years now.
