@mcuban.bsky.social wrt your healthcare question, I'd point you to Wellmark Iowa. A well run Blues, committed staff, focused on delivery of services. They have a profit cap, and could easily run the administrative side of HC for the state.

I know I shouldn't, but as I sit in a restaurant in Victoria waiting for my wife, the young couple at the next table is excited. Since @mark-carney.bsky.social won, mom is going to buy that condo to be closer to us. If it went differently, she would've waited.
