US taxes for HC are already higher than in Canada. Just most people get 0/nothing/nada for what they are paying for.

As you did with your pharma site, removing the middleman and being the direct payor is a massive cost savings. That's the path fwd.

To put some colour on that, in Canada our tax allocation to healthcare is less than what the US already taxes people.

I used to say to people, be better consumers, demand to get something for what you pay for.
