It's only going to get worse for trans people as the FBI under Bailey will make prosecuting trans people and parents of trans youth a higher priority. They'll start by trying to effectively ban access to HRT throughout the US.

These look to me like some very Red areas where housing is going to become much more difficult to afford because either homeowners or landlords are going to pay much more for insurance. It's not California and the Northeast. It's the Gulf Coast, the Southeastern seaboard and the Plains States.

Two things Trump is trying to make happen that I think he can't: tacitly repeal Obamacare by defunding ( because of the name); and make Ukraine capitulate (because Putin). I think the midterm pressure will force a subsidy cave and EU will backstop Ukraine.
