The meal I made tonight was basically pupusas which I realized while eating so they were not shaped like pupusas, but they were really, really good 🤤 and made even better with my homemade salsa!

I think I could have possibly left it on the counter to ferment a while longer before putting it in the fridge. But if I could only ever make this loaf again for the rest of my life, I would not be mad 😍

I made a necklace; made then unmade (in order to remake) some earrings; and my sourdough is eagerly awaiting a second set of stretch & folds.
