This post couldn't be more wrong and biased.

Racism and homophobia are considered crimes in Brazil. Same thing goes with n4zi propaganda.
A Brazilian comedian has been sentenced to 8 years in prison for ‘bigoted’ jokes told in 2022. The decision marks the latest effort by Brazil to place limits on freedom of expression.

The ruling against comedian Leo Lins for jokes told in 2022 is shaping up as the next front in Brazil’s escalating struggle over freedom of expression.

What a pleasant surprise that is Daredevil Born Again on Disney+. That’s the kind of action and drama that I’ve been craving for.

It’s time to simplify things a bit:

Artificial Intelligence is fancy statistics.

AI Agents are workflows that use fancy statistics.

You can stick to the buzzwords (it’s good for business) but don’t forget about the basics.

This is a necessary (although impopular) take. The only way people will understand how damaging tariffs can be is be seeing how much it will impact their daily lives.
I’m going to put my rich guy hat on and say I hope that Mexico and Canada issue equal, retaliatory tariffs and stick to them for an extended period.

I apologize to all the people it will cost money and the businesses it will hurt.

But it’s the only way for tariffs to be seen for what they are

On another useless note, my plans of reading more in 2025 yielded its first finished book: The Three-Body Problem by Liu Cixin.

Got so hooked up with the plot that I’ve finished in about a week. Still got Dark Forest and Death’s End to go, though.

Been following up on Meta’s changes on fact-checking.

To me the reason for this change has one simple explanation: retain shareholder value.

With the FTC probe on Meta for acquiring IG and WhatsApp and the upcoming administration, we will do everything possible to not lose money.
