We’re suing the Trump administration. Earthjustice is representing IRA grant recipients to hold the Trump administration accountable for illegally freezing congressionally approved IRA grants. These grants would fund:​

-Community solar programs​
-Toxic air monitoring​
-Forest conservation & more
