With hierarchy comes passing challenges to someone else to deal with. Listening to this podcast I'm reminded how we lose abilities and confidence if we don't practice dealing with conflict. #restorativepractice is, as Lesley suggests, simple but not always easy. Beautiful! This reminds me about the power of having voice. The need starts from cradle all the way to grave, but we can find ourselves without enough of it. If you are feeling a lack of #voice right now, what steps can you take, especially in the workplace, to ensure it's heard? #bebrave
