Someone was abducted at 10 AM by ICE on Central Ave. Their coworker says they’ve lived here for over 20 years, are documented, and have 3 kids who were born here.

Don’t be fooled by headlines when they’ve been lying to us the whole time. We still need you out patrolling until every agent is gone.

The goal of Tom Homan switching out for Gregory Bovino is purely optics and damage control. It's not actually a change in their tactics of intimidation and indiscriminate apprehension.

While Tom Homan was trying to grab headlines this morning ICE was again circling our schools. They’ve been out all morning and no “drawdown” is enough until every single one of these agents is out of our state and DHS is abolished.

They’re taking 700 out and leaving 2000 here, which is what they started with.

And if you’ll recall, that 2000 number was unprecedented as the largest “immigration” operation ever undertaken.

So we’re very much still in historic occupation territory, folks. Don’t let your guard down.
Homan says that 2,000+ DHS immigration enforcement agents will be left in Minnesota even after the drawdown he announced this morning

Remember the incident where DHS claimed officers shot a guy because he attacked them with a snow shovel?

Yeah. It didn't happen. They shot him through the door of his own home. And then arrested him. And then lied about it. Again.

And they almost shot some kids in the process.
They just blindly shot through the fucking door.

This is some excellent reporting, and a really great interactive format as well. History won't forget who stood up and who put up a thin veil over their bootlicking.

@schumer.senate.gov @klobuchar.senate.gov @smith.senate.gov - glad to see no advancing of DHS funding so far. What specifically are you going to demand that prevents my neighbors from being abducted? What are you doing about ICE openly defying nearly 100 court orders just this year?
Minnesota’s chief federal judge canceled a contempt hearing ordering the Trump administration’s acting ICE director to appear in court.

The judge canceled the hearing after ICE fulfilled the court’s requirement to release a man who was previously found to be unjustly detained.

. @klobuchar.senate.gov @smith.senate.gov @schumer.senate.gov this is what we're asking for. Stop prematurely complying and negotiating with yourselves. Do what your constituents are asking for!
Right now, Democrats have the power to defund and abolish ICE. We should do it. This is about right and wrong—and the murder we are seeing on the streets is just plain wrong. Anyone who supports funding DHS and ICE is supporting the murder of Americans. We can stop this.

Not that I really expected anything more, but it’s still disappointing to read this spineless nothing of a statement put out by our largest MN businesses. Amounts to “can’t we all just get along?” www.mnchamber.com/blog/open-le...

I mean, I don’t normally even watch award shows but that opening to the #Oscars was remarkable. There’s really nothing else worth watching for, right?
