I cannot speak to that, Harold, but this chart is from the US Census Bureau. I think these numbers is one of the reasons why African American leaders opted for the phrase, "People of Color" which means all non-whites. If we go with White alone, not Hispanic or Latino, that number is 58 percent.

This is the 2020 map followed by the 2024 map. We need to see an Independents map because that is where the votes that carry elections are.
