fam i generally very much appreciate your advocacy but people 'struggling with substance abuse' don't make septa unsafe for me and they don't make it inaccessible. randomly locking gates and not having fuckin elevators make it unsafe and inaccessible.
SEPTA's current approach isn't cutting it. We need a firm stance: Individuals struggling with substance abuse should be promptly removed from trains and SEPTA property. Enforce bans and fines—public transit must remain safe and accessible for all riders.
