Republicans were overwhelmingly getting blamed for the shutdown.
There was no reason for the Democrats to cave to Trump on healthcare, except for the fact that they are wholly owned and operated by the health insurance lobby.

apologies for bringing this up again, but some sudden expenses and shifting of plans, i only have until tomorrow morning to leave, and am in need of a few hundred more dollars, ideally 400. i hate to ask more than i already have, but i can't think of a better reason to do it. help however you can.
unfortunately I'm currently at risk of being homeless within about 2 weeks time. i have a few leads on housing, but nothing guaranteed. im currently looking to raise hopefully 1200 dollars in preparation of the worst. i don't expect all of it, but anything helps.
