It's hard to pick one, but Teferi's Realm is one of my favorites. It's a card that *looks* symmetrical at first, but is actually one-sided enchantment hate. If your opponent has enchantment lock pieces/punishment pieces, you can just pick Enchantment to phase them out just for your turn.
