Trump is pushing 50-year mortgages on us saying it lowers payments, I wonder why? An obvious wealth extraction mechanism dressed as affordability.
A $700,000 house at a 6.26% interest on a 50-year is over 2 million total price, 1.4 million in interest alone.

Looks like almost all of the big coorperations are giving millions to the grifter. We need alternatives to Amazon, HP, Apple, Spotify, Paramount etc....Companies with any sense of decency we can give $$$ to instead of the mega-giant ass kissers.

Promising money and power to people who don't have a better choice than to brutalize, imprison, and deport a population of people who live and love the American Dream more than a big part of the current population?
