Meant to post this last night but one of the titans of the restaurant industry left us yesterday. Polly Holliday played the waitress Flo on the show ‘Alice’, working hard to feed hungry Phoenicians and inviting the less courteous to kiss her grits. A show about the service industry. Fare thee well.
