ha ha it's so fun that I hit my head a week ago and now can't focus my eyes at all so I can't actually do anything I enjoy and can't seek any medical care or mitigate it in any way. it sure would be great if I just died.

intentionally avoiding making an appointment with my psychologist because I just can't bear to have another conversation with someone who refuses to engage with the world on the basis of "bad for mental health." new thought theosophy headassery has truly poisoned mental health treatments.

My sister's been waiting for parenting payment to be processed for over a month, her car rego has lapsed and she can't afford it, and centrelink is taking upwards of 4 months to process claims. she has 3 kids to feed and the compo from being permanently maimed at work barely covers rent. Fucked.

the emergency vet we had to go to on Thursday automatically forwards summary reports to your regular vet, so they were informed that Lizzie passed away and called us to check in how we were doing and send us their love. its really touching to me how much they love our little creatures.
