Instead of jumping to the quick-fix, ask yourself

• What in my life is out of alignment?
• Where am I overextending myself?
• What am I tolerating that no longer feels true to who I want to be?

If you are constantly trying to find the quick and fast approach to relieving stress, you’re ignoring the crucial element of curiousity.
Instead of fixing, numbing, or avoiding, look at the context in which stress is arising.
