Listen, over 300+ people showed up for a No Kings protest in ANGOLA, INDIANA. There is a whole part of Indiana waiting to be activated. We have never been all red. So what are we going to do with that information? I wish I could say. But I have Hope.
Incredible. If you grew up in Indiana, you know what a big deal this is.

Wondering why, if Indiana is short prison beds, we’re providing 1,000 to the feds for ICE detention.

First reporter to say “You’re the fucking President” gets a book deal minimum
REPORTER: You just announced a new nominee for US Surgeon General who never finished her residency, and is not a practicing physician. So can you explain why you picked her to be America's top doctor?

I know a lot of Trump voters and there is one common theme running through each…they wanted to hurt or punish someone with their vote.

Young people SHOULD “have it easier” than you did. I’m sorry you got the strap up hill both ways and paid your debts with pounds of flesh, but the reason we work for progress is to make growing up and growing old gentler, easier, kinder, freer. Struggle isn’t necessary in a healthy society.

In an executive order, Trump targeted the Smithsonian and the National Museum of African American History & Culture suggesting that it is “divisive” and pedaling “improper ideology.”

So, I took a trip back to the museum, and what I saw was a place trying to tell the unvarnished truth about America.

I wrote about this a bit in my last book but it really shakes me that a defining feature of this catastrophic era is that we just keep going to work. We work through pandemics, we work through natural disasters, we work through economic calamity, we work through coups, we work, we work, we work.

This cannot stand.
At least 75% of the men Trump illegally deported to El Salvador have no criminal records. These men have been abducted and sent to a hell-hole Salvadoran “prison” that is the the equivalent of a torture-laden concentration camp. DEMAND freedom and justice for these men.

If you live in Indiana

the combination of SB2, which will arbitrarily cut 28% of medicaid recipients from its rolls

and the newly passed federal House budget, which will require cuts to medicaid

means many many many more people will now be uninsured

this helps none of us
