Sometimes it's dreadful to keep up with all the news articles online. I crave something authentic, critical, angry.

With Christmas season creeping up, I feel like there's a tiring peer pressure to join the “cuffing season”.

I have friends going through a break-up, others buying a house together with their loved ones. Some are adopting their first pet, and some others are reinventing their life.

And if you are wearing panty liners, incontinence pads or menstrual pads today, be sure to change regularly when it starts to feel damp. You might find you need to do it much more frequently than usual due to all the extra sweat moisture.

Fun fact: garlic oil is natural, and beneficial... yet, if used in excess can burn your skin!

Electrolytes water is well... a chemical solution... but we can safely ingest it 👀

What's the biggest misconception you heard lately?

It's very difficult to use Bluesky professionally when I'm constantly distracted by cute pictures (and videos) of baby farm animals.
Baby donkey won't let go of his keeper.

That’s pure loyalty right there.
