Idea for an amicus brief: We list the powers in a chart let's say Louis XIV claimed for himself, and maybe the courts can just indicate with a checkmark which ones of those Trump doesn't have. Seems more efficient.

I think the thing that bothers me the most about AI (or really LLMs because that's what we are ACTUALLY talking about) is that they have basically zero utility. No AI company is profitable. They just use an insane amount of electricity, water, and land. No consumer has asked for any of this.
