The Farraki and Amani enclaves in Dazar’alor aren’t hostile anymore, and the lesser tribes in general are active in the city amidst the peace.
Rezan’s iconography is still up in the Terrace of the Chosen, alongside chronicles of his betrayal at the hands of Zul and Yazma.

This is the only thing that bothers me. Beyond the Tortaka I do feel like there still should’ve been Zandalari worshippers given the history; and they’d still be loyal to Kimbul even when he wasn’t accepting new followers until the Naga have been defeated.
She visits Kimbul first, and ends up talking with the loa himself and exchanging riddles.
The Tortaka are still his followers, and their tribe has started to accept other races like trolls and sethrak to join them.
