I thought the math was beyond me but if I did this right, a 2.4% mill rate increase (to match Canada's CPI) will require $43,860,000 in cuts.

Proposed: remove routes 15, 16 and 17.
I take bus #16 which takes me all the way to Superstore so that I can take bus #2 to downtown. Alternatively, I take bus #16 and take bus #40 from near Co-Op gas station on Argyle St N.
Either way I have to get to co-op which is about 700 m away. #yqrcc

EU is toothless without the US and Russia knows it. US and EU didn't expect a prolonged war. As for why EU buys weapons from the US, where else would they buy from.

I am wondering how many councillors are hosting townhall like meetings to help explain the budget to the residents. I have never attended one but would like to attend one this time.
