Hit a tremendous milestone today.

Reval Omen Asks: "Do any characters like poetry? Specifically I would like to know if the Man-Witch does. He seems like that kinda guy." Wish_Spark Asks: "Man-Witch, how did you learn to be a witch? Were you sel-taught or did you have a teacher?" Panel 1: Man-witch narrates this panel and all future panels through rectangular bubbles, essentially speaking over visuals. Manwitch says: "Men can't weild the sacred power of the witch, or so the rules say. So when one is born, covens deal with it differently. Panel 1: Sandwitch happily answers "You can't go wrong with a classic grilled cheese!" She is holding a plate with a grilled cheese sandwich on top. LordCosmicGuy Asks: "Hello, the entirety of the Treadstrongs. Do the orb necklaces have any other functions aside from magic video calls? They seem symbolically important." Panel 1: Kaz and Vivian are present to answer this. Kaz responds: "Our brooch stones are general-purpose magic focuses with some clarivoyance properties! And all witches have one, not just our coven! All covens model their attire from the known garb of the original witch!" Vivian, pointing to her hat, continues Kaz's thought, saying: "It's why we've all got pointy hats, shawls or cloaks, broomsticks..." she trails off Panel 2: Wyck cuts into Vivian trailing off by saying "Don't forget fire!" while shooting a large plume of flames from her hand. Kaz, visibly distressed and close to the flames yells: "This is not a part of the garb!"

Panel 1 of Comic: Vivian and Galem are standing in the middle of Vivian's cottage. The room is in complete disarray, with the usual furniture damaged or destroyed. Vivian is sweeping, and the two are surrounded by animated brooms which are sweeping the floor around them. Galem looks nervous as he looks around, and is tugging on his cloak's collar. He utters "Oh boy..." Vivan replies: "Yeah, I really did a number on things when I was possessed, huh?" Panel 2: Vivian holds her broom close to her face, causing her cheek to smoosh a little bit as she laments, saying: "Y'know, normally, I'd be laughing this whole thing off, but I feel awful about dragging you into that mess. Do you ever feel tired of helping me clean up my mistakes?" Panel 3: Galem puts a hand on Vivian's shoulder and replies: "What? Never! The excitement you always bring to my life is refreshing to be honest." he continues "Besides, I make mistakes all the time!" Vivian, eyes wide, replies: "Really?" Panel 4: The scene zooms out, and from the veiwer's perspective, we are now observing Galem and Vivian standing in the middle of her cottage from further away, from outside the cottage through a giantic hole in the outside wall. Galem sheepishly replies: "Of course! For example, I just sneezed while trying to teleport some of the broken glass away, and accidentally sent a chunk of your wall to the dump! Vivian, with a confused and somewhat forced smile, is looking at the hole, and replies: "I appreciate that I'm not alone in making mistakes, but I don't think that this is making me feel much better."

I wasn't able to get Hermannco back this week to paint the spooky panel, so hopefully my own painting was enough to do his stellar work for this arc justice.
Panel 6: The scene is painted from a different angle. Manwitch continues, saying: "'cause I'd hate to have to do this..." the text changes to bright red over black in a scary font "...THE HARD WAY." Man-Witch has a sinister look on his face, and his eye is glowing red. The two possessed witches look very nervous. Panel 7 & 8: The demon and and ghost both expel themselves from Kaz and Vivian, retreating into magical rifts back to the planes they belong. The demon in particular shouts "I'm outta here!" Panel 9: Man-Witch is in the foreground dusting his hands off after a job well done. Galem is standing in the dooway with Celdrann floating next to him. They both look concerned. Galem says "I figured that would, but I didn't think it'd be that easy..." Celdrann replies: "Even I'M a little scared to be honest." An end slate in the gutterspace reads "Happy Halloween" below it are illustrations of pumpkins cut to look like Galem, Vivian, and Gloop.

Panel 1 of Comic: An establishing shot of a dark hallway at night. The door creaks open, casting the shadow of a silhouette on the floor. At the end of the hallway, two sets of glowing eyes, one red, one purple stare towards the figure. Panel 2: The scene zooms in to the source of the red and purple eyes: The Ghost-Possessed Vivian and the Demon-Possessed Kaz. Vivian says "A New Soul..." Kaz says: "A New Victim!" Panel 3: The two possessed witches start charging towards the entrance, shouting "DINNER TIME!" Panel 4: The two charging witches are stopped in their tracks with a *pomf* as two extended hands grab them by the faces. Panel 5: The one who caught them is revealed to be Man-Witch. He has grabbed the two of them by the neck, and while standing in the middle in the hallway, extends each of his arms outwards, slamming the two possessed witches into the two opposite walls of the corridor. With a smile, Man-Witch says "Well now! Y'all must be the ghost n' demon I've been hearin' about! It won't be no problem for y'all to let go of my girls now, would it?"

Panel 1: Galem and Vivian's Cat familiar, Gloop are stood outside Vivian's cottage holding Galem's staff and casting a spell. Kaz is flying into frame on her broomstick, and shouts "I came I as soon as I could! You said that Vivian has gotten herself possessed?" Galem replies: "Yeah, I'm channeling some magic to keep her sealed in the cottage. Go see for yourself!" Panel 2: Kaz has approached the window and a blurry scary visage of the possessed Vivian can be seen looming in the darkness within, looking out at Kaz. Possessed Vivian says, in a distorted, scrawled font: "OH KAZ!! WON'T YOU COME IN AND PLAY?!" Kaz, looking into the window, says "Yikes, looks like I've got to call in the big guns..." Panel 3: Kaz has walked away from the house, past Galem and shuffles through her back. Galem turns back to her and asks "And what exactly are "The Big Guns?" Kaz responds "A demon" as she pulls a purple tome with a pentagram inscribed on the cover and says "Summoning a dark entity more powerful than the ghost will scare it away!" Panel 4: Kaz, with the open tome in her hand is forcibly pulling Galem by the hand into Vivian's cottage. Galem is trying not to get pulled with her, but is skidding across the ground. Celdraan and Gloop are holding Galem's staff in place. Galem says: "Kaz, I don't think that-" Kaz cuts him off replying: "-Look, I may mainly use my wind magic, but I'm still a witch!" Galem says "But-" before immediately being cut off again. Kaz replies: "Just follow me and trust the process" Panel 5: The panel is the same exact composition as the final Panel in Spirit Summons pt 1. The scene is silent with no dialogue, the atmosphere at the cottage has gone from brightly lit, to very dark, and is painted in a different style to accenuate the mood, Galem is hiding behind a wall next to an open doorway. the wall has a doorway egresses into a pitch black hall. In the hall, a possessed Vivian hangs from the ceiling. This time, however, the ghost-possessed Vivian is joined by a demon-possessed Kaz. Galem, rather than being terrified like he was last time, is simply pinching the bridge of his nose and grimmacing in frustration.

He’s evolved now and I had to switch out pin missile for another move because he’s so large that the pin missiles just fly over whatever he’s trying to hit.

She's holding a piece of red chalk, presumably a magic chalk used to create the circle. Galem is observing this scene from the foreground as asks: "Doing a ritual today cutie? What kind?" Vivian replies: "A spirit summoning!" Galem replies: "Oh? What For?" Panel 2: Vivian looks sad and defeated as she answers: "I"ve been trying to summon one of those ghosts that look like tiny marshmallows for years! I want one to float around the cottage for Hallow's Eve so badly!" She has her hands out as if she is holding a ghost. Panel 1 of Comic: Galem has his hands behind his back and is blushing. He says "Hey Vivian, I've got something for you!" Vivian looks back at him shocked that there's a surprise. Panel 2: Galem pulls out a bouquet of flowers, and Vivian gasps excitedly and blushes in response Panel 3: Vivian is admiring the bouquet, and blushing slightly. She says "Oh Galem! Thank you so much! They're Beautiful!" Panel 4: Vivian immediately turns around and dunks the the bouquet into her bubbling cauldron with a sploosh! She says "They're also the last reagent I needed for a potion I've been wanting to make! The Recipe calls for a Heartfelt Gift!" Galem has his eyes closed with a smile, in a defeated but not angry look as he thinks "I should have expected this...". (He's not upset as he's also visibly blushing, he thinks it's a bit funny)

Panel 1 of comic: A teacher who is an old, bald mage with a mechanical arm, and braided beard walks through a busy workshop. A forge is running in the background and students are working on projects at workbenches, one hammering out metal, another grinding a mixture with a mortar and pestle. As he passes, the teacher remarks "I see that all of your projects are moving apace. Good work!" Panel 2: The teacher comes across Bree who is manning a furnace. The furnace is being overworked by a flame that is much too powerful. The closed door is buckling and blue flames and smoke spout from behind the bending metal. The teacher is shocked and apalled, shouting "REDOR'S BEARD!! Arc'Wel! What in blazes is going on in that furnace!?" *Arc'Wel is Bree's last name Panel 3: Bree has a confident smile on her face, and pridefully puts a hand to her chest as she explains "I'm going the extra mile and making my project from Adamantine!" The teacher shouts "ADAMANTINE!?" he leans in, pointing at her with his mechanical hand as he continues "The fuel in the shop can't hit that melting point! I swear, if I find out you snuck into my reserves again..." Panel 4: Bree replies "Relax! I just got some outside help!" The furnace has been opened to reveal Wyck coated in the blue flames, holding a tray of melting metal. She exclaims "Furnace Assistant Wyck reporting for burn!" The teacher is in shock and merely utters "What."
