Had a good time playing the original earlier this year, so I'm excited to finally hop into this.

Denmark once more delivering quality cinema. Second Victims is really strong, an emotionally charged and claustrophobic medical drama that explores a really horrific situation. Özlem Saglanmak and Trine Dyrholm are marvelous. It's one hell of a directorial debut from Zinnini Elkington.

Shamefully I've never seen Lilo & Stitch before. Sequels, TV show, Kingdom Hearts appearances, yes, but not the original. So I decided to rectify that. Absolutely wonderful. Warm, funny, and having so much affection for its characters, it's an ode to the odd and an overall lovely family adventure.

So Hedda was a bit of fun. Claustrophobic, conniving, and a bit camp, it's an enjoyable little psychological drama-thriller. Tessa Thompson and Nina Hoss are marvelous.

Watched Train Dreams. Really solid little drama featuring an outstanding performance from Joel Edgerton.

There's something so funny about how casually the green hand clasps the ship. Looks less like it imprisons a full vessel, and more like someone picking up a cookie. #StarTrek

The Unholy Trinity doesn't exactly reinvent the wheel, and even what it does reuse from other stuff isn't exactly of the highest quality. But for what its worth, it's a pretty fun little western with good performances and some pretty well staged action scenes.

There's a moment in Prisoner of War, at an hour and 35 minutes, where, faintly in the background, you can hear the Godzilla roar. And yes, I did rewind a few times just to make sure I wasn't having a stroke.
Anyway, the movie's alright. Decent fights, solid direction, Adkins is reliably gruff.

I was excited for Last Samurai Standing based on the talent involved, and having now seen the first episode, I can say it's off to a damn good start. Efficiently sets up its stakes and emotional core while delivering good action and tension. Excited to see the rest of the series.

Had fun with Oh, Hi! Had no idea what to expect, and I think that's the best way to go into it. A little messy, and I'm not entirely sure about the final act, but overall it's a solid little oddball dramedy. Gordon and Lerman are great together.
