Focusing on yourself is hard. Trying to heal from wounds and be a better person for the people I love but feeling like this chapter wont end and I'll never find someone to love me now. BPD is a bear to deal with and moving past episodes of psychosis is demoralizing.

I was running early to an event so I got off BART a stop early at Powell Street for an extra walk.
Instead I sat and listened to a wonderful pianist play for 20 minutes. At one point another person came up and asked if they could play together, and they did.
I love music on transit ❤️🎶

unacceptable, frankly. the word "aunt" and all derivatives is famously only ever used to describe a parent's blood sister, especially in immigrant communities
