He comes with a few interchangeable parts. Battle-damaged head and left arm while his right arm becomes a weapon of some kind. Also there are smoke effects. I love this thing!

It sucks, but I agree. There's no way for them to harmonize with nature, and its unrealistic to try abd capture them all to re-home. Sad but it needs to be done.

At this point I'm going mostly 3rd party. You pay about $50 for a deluxe sized/class figure, but you get accessories, poseability, die-cast metal, and fun transformations.
