#LiberalLeadership Chrétien is at his 9th liberal convention at the age of 91 and still ready to fight. Talks of his young lib leadership during Pearson era. 68 years in the party because of what the party stands for and what it has delivered for Cdns

You know you're a humongous nerd when you pre-make your dinner so you can watch the Liberal party's leadership race results without interruption. 😆 Might be *slightly* addicted to Canadian politics. 🤣

I asked ChatGPT to write a title for a conference submission and I was not disappointed. Appalled, yes, but not disappointed.

Not an academic post, but: in the past 3 weeks, 5 of my friends have died. Individual people failed by modern medicine. I am broken. I am incapable of processing even my own basic needs. Stuck in the awful place between remembering & forgetting, feeling grief through art.

Just read a book about how smartphones have changed the way we communicate (true), so that "gone are the days of obnoxiously loud phone talkers on public transit." I'm on a bus w/ 2 other people & both are on loud phone calls, on speaker, & basically I hate everything right now

Things I was supposed to do this weekend: laundry, pack for camp, clean, read for my comp exam. What I actually ended up doing: sim swap, unexpected basement flooding, unplanned new phone purchase, lost library book, frustration crying. Happy Sunday? Ugh 😫

Starting on a new social network feels like first day of high school. My strategy is still to watch what everyone else does, then try to act normal. 😬
