Listen. Sometimes self-care means turning off the work stuff, doing some yoga shapes, taking a bath, putting on soft pajamas, and eating a bowl of pineapple for dinner.

Not an academic post, but: in the past 3 weeks, 5 of my friends have died. Individual people failed by modern medicine. I am broken. I am incapable of processing even my own basic needs. Stuck in the awful place between remembering & forgetting, feeling grief through art.
