I don't think MAGA cares that Elon is the real president. In fact, I think they're into it. I'd like to think they'll find out when America crashes and burns like a Tesla or a SpaceX rocket, but Elon will just chalk it up to "Rapid Unscheduled Disassembly" and his cult members will buy it.
