It’s so disappointing to see the show of unity and commitment to the common good at the emergency EU summit today, and know that the UK isn’t a meaningful part of it.

Listening to Jess Phillips and Kier Starmer responding to the latest RW fire storm has left me feeling relieved that, at least for now, we have responsible politicians with integrity in charge in the UK. PM’s best performance IMHO and @jessphillipsmp.bsky.social was brilliant on News Night!

I see Nigel Farage is making vast sums flogging a dubious tax avoidance scheme. Those who actually love their country pay their taxes. They understand that without taxes we don't have schools and hospitals and the police. They certainly don't use their status as an MP to encourage tax avoidance.
