Hello! I'm Jazz Adéwálé Groden-Gilchrist. I'm a black comic artist and illustrator who loves storytelling, DnD, and horrible puns. Excited to meet you all here!
A comic page spread with vertical panels. A black princess looks up in awe as a clone of the empress, growing from roots, is dematerialized into a beacon of light. She is thrown back as the light travels upwards and shoots through the building above her, right where the empress sits on her throne. The light dematerializes the empress and replaces her with the clone. A tranquil black woman, the size of a hill, emerges from the ocean. She is wearing a necklace of beach glass over orange, sleeveless robes. She carries on her head, above her coral antlers, a pot with trees growing from it, a cauldron, and a full on ship. The background behind her is a warm sunset overlooking forested mountains. A comic where a black princess navigates through a whimsical botanical garden. She is shocked, as if this is the first time she has seen real plants. She crosses a bridge towards a mass of trees and a tangle of roots. On top of the roots seems to be a person growing from them. The princess is confused to see that this person is the empress A comic page where a black girl with magic boots travels through a lovely but lonely landscape. She walks over water, down glaciers, and jumps across floating islands in the clouds. With this she travels from one city to another. A page is below that one where the panels are in the shape of a mobius strip. The girl goes through the actions of delivering letters across the city but being unable to find a recipient for a special glowing one. She then has fun with the locals before her sentient mailbag yells at her to leave. It is implied that she goes through this cycle again and again.

The Internet Archive has to date downloaded 500 terabytes of US government websites, which it crawls at the end of every presidential term. The whole archive is fully searchable. This effort's housed by a donation-funded nonprofit, not a branch of the US government. blog.archive.org/2024/05/08/e...
