Talking about maps, one of my most chauvinistic opinions is not about Italian food but Italian mapping.
Italians do some of the best Atlases and Maps.
Tabacco, for example, makes the best hiking maps outside of Switzerland, an order of magnitude better than those gross German Kompass crap.
