Okay NOW I’m overwhelmed.

Bottleneck Gallery is releasing these Struzan prints from the Special Edition era, and they’re so striking to me besides some key oddities.

My movie watching really hit rock-bottom in September with basically zero free time. I logged six entries... two of which were short documentary modules about police violence during the Dem National Convention in 1968. Two others were passive rewatches.

This, accompanied with the blaring sounds of gas-powered blowers.

Yeah… I guess you could say I’m a little overwhelmed.

Literally how I feel every time I've gotten paid over the last four months.

KPOP DEMON HUNTERS dominating the box office and almost hitting 1 million watches in the same weekend? The Honmoon is *definitely* getting sealed.

More shelves! For free! Very ‘03 office chic.

This is so goddamn funny. This pastor was working a job at the library and refused to use a coworker’s pronouns on religious grounds. Now he’s given a nervy interview with the local news and you can just tell he knows he’s in the wrong.

Updated rain maps and excessive rainfall alerts give a better insistence that 5”+ is a certainty rather than a possibility. Again, it’s really hard to tell *how* this rain will fall over the Th/Fri/Sat period.

My weather anxiety is flaring again with this system moving into the gulf. I’d almost rather a hurricane than a slow-moving rainmaker. Our area is currently set for about 4-5” over the 7-day, but these things usually undersell what we actually get. Still lots of time for things to change.

Welp… I just proved to myself that I could eat an entire bag in one sitting.

The last couple weeks in movie watching has been nuts with only a few low lights. These two and a half months of unemployment have been really rough, but it’s nice to watch good films.

My B&N Criterion sale haul. Had a gift card and funds are otherwise tight, so this will be it for me this month.

Finally pulled stickers off of my broken mini fridge and added them to my filing cabinet.

The paint separated from the drywall, so we just ahead and sped up the process.

Opted to use the energy I obtained from a burrito to clean this up a bit. Need a 4x4 cut to size for each bottom shelf to push the media forward. These Floyd shelves have such an odd design.

I’m so fucking tired of owning a house. Just lemme go back to being an apartment schlub.

Nothing speaks to BRAVE NEW WORLD's amateur status more than this image of reporters in front of a hospital being lit by HMI lights. At least for me - it's a bad movie beyond this single shot, but it was infuriating to look at, even if I am still employed by the company that rented those lights.

Finally breaking out my GoPro to do a timelapse. My partner wants to see how the sun hits throughout the day for gardening purposes.
