Agreed — like I said, I think he was mostly right, but his timing and tone often missed the mark in a way that really did not help his cause. And honestly if he beat OSU 4 times instead of just once it would've made a huge difference.

He'll definitely ding us in recruiting, especially this first year or two, but if we spend the way it's implied we will it shouldn't matter much. FWIW he was mostly right about that other stuff, but I think he'll make less of an issue of it down there. He knows he's taken a step down resource-wise.
