I've had newts coming into my house to hibernate in years past. Sometimes seen when coming in during autumn, sometimes when going back outside in spring.

Getting more noticeable now that the light is increasing. Soon be there!

I pruned a section of the privet so that I could use the seat again, which has a good view of the bird table that's far enough away to not disturb them.
