Running an isekai Daggerheart campaign and through the player driven world building we determined that Mercer drives Truck Kun and the official term for being isekai'd into Daggerheart is "being Mercer'd".

The same people who say they don't like dice determining narrative outcome will be at the table next week lobbying for a better outcome because they rolled a 19 instead of 11 on a skill check to affect the narrative. #DnD #ttrpg #daggerheart #tabletop

#daggerheart Wizard Hope Feature being changed is everything I could have hoped for. It was the most worthless thing in playtest (spend 3 hope to avoid marking your last hit point).

Not only is it worth using now, it feels like using silvery barbs since you force an enemy to reroll their d20.

I wish I knew why Daggerheart changed Seraph's hope feature.
It used to be spend 3 Hope to interact with your class's main feature and refill or refresh the prayer dice.
Now its just spend 3 Hope to heal 1 HP on an ally close to you.
You get more HP heal value for less Hope from its domain cards.

I require people to talk about Daggerheart with, general and specific rules, because only a few from my d&d groups are interested and they are not nearly as hyperfixated as I have been. Stuff like; Wall of Fire no longer specifies that it's temporary so the GM can't end it anymore? Lots of changes

Spent 4 days going through the 1.5 playtest document and the full release of Daggerheart comparing rules and noting down changes for friends who played with me.
I am very excited to see how the threshold and armor changes feel in play but a lot of changes feel like they're going to be quite healthy

Im very curious for players of Daggerheart rn (I know it's gonna change probably in May but still);
How many of your characters actually make use of stamina potions? Like I see Druid, Warrior, and Shadow Rogue making decent use of them but there's plenty of stress clear that they feel unneeded.

So we're all just not touching a Meta platform and only using this and Rednote right?

Tip for new #daggerheart players after running it consistently through the patches:
The biggest thing my players have struggled with in creation and play are the Experiences, understanding when to use them and how to make ones that come up in play. The file mentions "work with the dm" but (c)

It started with running Monster of Week, further spurred on by #daggerheart:
DMing games that have mixed success makes you a better DM. Anyone can say you succeed or fail, asking for a roll knowing there are 3+ ways it can go and coming up with how it affects the story on the fly is a skill you grow

After running 5e D&D for 11 years now, multiple games a week, I am in love with #Daggerheart. I have run other games that sort of had what I was looking for, Daggerheart is a good mixing pot of all of those things plus some fresh ideas. I hope I can inspire others to try it and help spread the word

The Steam Awards are a sweet moment to clebrate games you've enjoyed this year!
We're aware Temtem: Swarm dropped not-so-long-ago, but it'd mean the world to us if you could nominate it for the Better with Friends award!

💜You can do so here: store.steampowered.com/news/app/251...

Thank you!

One of my favorite things about running Daggerheart for my friends has been their discovery of how well they can use forced movement and the environment in concert during combat. 2 people with power push from Book of Ava on a bridge turned a level 2 mini boss fight into a level 1 win. #daggerheart

I love getting to work for a 10 hour shift and immediately wanting to be home designing ttrpg adventures and one shots so badly that I'm adding notes to my phone as I think of them so they aren't lost in the retail dissociative state.
It isn't an addiction I swear.

How does one get cast as the brooding father figure who teaches important life lessons to the protagonist and eventually gives their life for them because hello it me.

I have recently requested to go part time at work to pursue my goal of being able to eventually make content full time.
I stream variety games on Twitch, cosplay on Tiktok and Instagram, and am working on creating TTRPG content on Patreon and YouTube. I appreciate any support, links are in my bio.

I have finally come into existence here. Hopefully everyone is into weird opossum memes, variety twitch streams, and pagan and ttrpg cosplays cause that's my entire personality.
