My favorite trope in ttrpgs is the bag of bullshit. One of the monster of the week hunters has it too and it leads to the funniest roleplay.

Level 1: Mending Touch requires a couple minutes to use but it's 2 Hope for a HP or Stress, and 2 Hope for 2 HP or Stress once per Long Rest.
Level 2: Healing Hands only requires a fairly easy roll and a Stress to heal 2 HP or 2 Stress. Even if you fail the roll you still clear 1 of either resource.

The deeper you tie your experience to a fleshed out backstory the more it feels like a part of your character and less like a mechanic you maybe activate sometimes.

(3) if role-playing or telling a story to your party members. This gives you more of an idea of what you want your experience to be and gives the DM more info so there's less "open to interpretation" moments where you both question if something does or does not apply.

(2) is still a little vague and some of the examples they give are open to interpretation. My suggestion that works for my friends has been to come up with a little section of your backstory where you detail something your character has done/excelled at. A few sentences, a paragraph, detail it as(c)

No, available pdfs on the website and info on demiplane are still from the July patch and I doubt we'll see anything until full release since they're playing with the end product from what I know.

I love how much more open it is for roleplay and creativity for both DM and player, my groups and I have been having a great time so I hope you do too
