I get the distinct impression that this whole Epstein hairball is going to have a lot to do with money laundering. The girls were just the frosting on the cupcake. Plenty of MAGA types also figure that so long as the rapes weren't gay it's at least understandable...

Defenders of Trump don't care that this isn't about Trump. It's about the rape of 100s of underage kids by a rich man & his GF. If Trump is part of that, so be it. If Obama is part of that, so be it. But get those girls justice! It's about justice for victims who haven't even been acknowledged!

That's so strange. I mean, Trump is a modest, humble man who doesn't like to draw attention to himself. I wonder if he's feeling unwell and, if so, that's why he was so unfocused and self-absorbed. I joke, of course. The man exists on a inverted plane of reality.

Good news, everyone! I turned around in my office chair... and there was a 36" black coffin sitting on top of cameras, cords & other things I need to sort through. Problem solved! (It's got 2 small removable shelves for curios). Kronos had given it to me before he died.

We Are All Amphibians Now

I have a PT appointment tomorrow at OHSU waterfront. It's a few blocks from the ICE facility. I don't have to take the road that goes in front of ICE but I usually do. Easier to flip it off & scream "Fuck ICE!" I am curious about what I will find tomorrow. I will cheer on any protesters. ICE is evil

As a Portlander, I'm not surprised that the Cheeto-in-Thief thinks we're still protesting 5 years after George Floyd's murder. The only biggish protests are at the ICE center. At worst, they are annoying for non-protesters. Some noise. Some people with some signs. No violence. Until ICE starts it.

They are heading to Portland next, apparently. I drove around most of downtown the other night while my disabled trans friend and I looked for parking before a comedy show at the Schnitzer. Peaceful. Vibrant. Some homeless. No broken or boarded up windows. I love my city. We do not need ICE.
