The UK co-operative movement was once strong. It can and will be better.

Since 2012, we've had x2 UN Int. Years of Cooperation, yet the movement stands still.
In the UK we have a good number of cooperatives in the media sphere. Unfortunately, they're struggling. The Canary, Leicester Gazette and Positive News. The later doesn't feel as coop as it should be. That said they do a great job.

The stand out coo. Is the Ferret. They are doing some great work.

We have a very small, but dedicated following. Have shared and hope it gains traction.

An awesome coop made up of great members. Close links to housing #coops and other local worker coops. They're starting a mini revolution for coops in Birmingham.

I do hope this US board does better than our attempts in the UK. Perhaps a global board is required. There are not enough coop jobs compared to the size of the wider jobs market in most, if not all countries.

Do the CU federals have a plan to manage the failures. Yes, some of these CUs have looked to be in trouble for a while. In Scotland there appears to be more of a proactive attitude.

It would be a great shame to lose CS as an indie, but the benefits to members should outweigh the loss of a proud society's name. More challenge to the group and MCS should also be welcomed. #coops

As our members remember, Richard was a private figure who didn't care for the limelight, quietly getting on with the business of the day. Leadership that doesn't demand our focus and concentrates on the job in hand is very different to today's leaders. #coops

Remember the international year of coops. Unfortunately, it's not the Int. Year you ordered. Returns will not be accepted, unless you're willing to pay a fee. #coops

Having checked the inbox, the mood isn't great, remember coop Congress, nope, neither do we. Another missed opportunity for the movement, that appears to have been yet another example of how the leadership of the movement is only interested in themselves. #coops

For longer than they already have been. The UK movement has a lot to be appalled by.
