Yeah that's fine. There's still lots of recipes for smoked salmon out there. I used to work as a fishmonger/ butcher and one of my favorite things was finding new ways to cook our meats so I could recommend them to customers. Smoked salmon rocks!😌

There's a lot of great ways to bake salmon so I'd suggest finding a couple recipes you really like & making some for dinners.

With that much salmon though I'd probably freeze some of it & eat it over time.

Literal single day there has been something (or multiple things) in Trump's 2nd term that would be impeachable offenses in any previous presidency. But now he's made politics about loyalty instead of service.

It's absolutely terrifying & absurd where our country is at in this moment.

The US Supreme Court also made a ruling that essentially endorses states which legally discriminate against the Trans community by doing things like banning gender-affirming care. It's a dark day in the fight for LGBTQ+ rights but we WILL keep fighting and we WILL win against these bigoted clowns.🏳️‍🌈

It allows Mando and Grogu to stand on it's own a bit more and also I think a lot of fellow MCU fans will agree, with the current state of the MCU, pushing the next 2 big Avengers films (esp if it increases quality) is a good thing.
