Bernie Sanders: If you are working class in this country, you will live 7 years shorter than the wealthy. That should not be happening. We need a vision that works for working people, not just the 1%. Democrats do not have it, Republicans do not have it. It's time we started thinking big, not small.

🧵 There are a lot of misleading claims out there about the SAVE Act. Let me set the record straight: I voted for the SAVE Act for the simple reason that American elections are for Americans. Requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote is common sense.
