It’s just so horrible. This is the main reason why I don’t believe in State sanctioned killing. If even one person who is innocent is executed, that is one person too many.

It is illegal in Pennsylvania to add a surcharge to debit card purchases.
Even if they ring it up as a credit card. But every Poppy store and some of the larger stores break the law daily.
