They don’t care about that or they wouldn’t constantly cut Medicare/medicaid and go after social security. They don’t need to serve the needs of their base, they’ll convince a minority of the country that god demands they vote red because guns and gerrymander the rest to hell. The system is broken

That’s the point of eugenics.
They think that people who “need” a vaccine are weak and want them to die. We need to start saying this regularly. Our leadership wants to cull the heard of what it feels to be weaker humans. It’s straight up Nazi eugenics.
