It's not a free speech issue and shouldn't be allowed to be framed as such. Just like if you went to your primary care physician for a sprained ankle and they wanted to treat you by injecting you with cyanide. That's not a free speech issue, it's a malpractice issue.

Now, the Texas Lt. Gov. is demanding all citizens stand for Christian invocations.
